Lifespan Health offers adolescent assessments and therapy, with a focus on managing stress, anxiety and emotional development. Whether accessing support in one of our clinics or via telehealth, we offer an environment that allows adolescents to discuss their emotions and develop coping strategies for the years to come.
Adults
Lifespan Health provides assessment, therapy, and relationship counselling for adults, focusing on a broad range of mental health conditions, emotional wellbeing, and relationship concerns. We work closely with our clients in our clinic or via telehealth.
Older Adults
